Into the Mountains Apothecary was born from a love of the earth, a reverence for the body, and a belief that true healing is cyclical, not linear.

As a herbalist and homeopath with a deep connection to the birth world, I craft small-batch remedies to support women through all stages of life—especially in the tender spaces often overlooked: vulva and vaginal health, menstrual and hormonal shifts, womb healing, and the sacred arc of the birth journey.

Each tincture, balm, tea, and essence is made with wildcrafted or organically sourced plants—many of them harvested by hand on mountain trails or in quiet corners of the forest. This is slow medicine, created with care and offered with intention.
